Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days or sooner via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or through UPS whichever is most efficient, unless a service is specifically requested by the customer.

  Orders over $500 and to the Continental US ship free generally through UPS ground.  Orders over $500 outside the US will be provided a discounted rate of shipping, provider to be determined by cost efficiency and customer approval. 

A note on Addresses
ENW will NOT ship to an address that cannot be found in at least one of the following:  USPS address database, UPS address database, Yahoo Maps or Google Maps. Addresses found only on Yahoo or Google will be forced into UPS only by customer approval and acceptance of delivery consequence.  It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid shipping destination or to determine why USPS or UPS does not have the believed address on file.  Addresses will NOT be handwritten and force shipped through USPS.   We do not guarantee delivery of any package not in the USPS or UPS database.  Additional shipping fees may apply to any of these situations.

ENW does NOT carry shipping insurance or signature delivery on packages.  This is considered by us as a benefit to our customers in significantly lower shipping fees. At customer request for order insurance or signature delivery required, please call and we will add in the appropriate fees at exact cost.  When ordering online list this request in the special instructions section of the order form and request a price quote if desired.

That stated, any package shipped and shown delivered through the shipping service provider will be considered delivered and will not be refunded, reshipped or replaced.  Though this is a very irregular occurrence we will be happy to provide all tracking information to allow the customer to  reconcile the incident with the shipping provider.

Shipping and Handling charges are calculated by weight, and all amounts are estimated. Shipping fees will never be more than the amount quoted unless services are added, but are regularly less and an amount deducted from the estimate.  Due to customer request, our cart lists UPS as our shipping service but ENW retains the right to ship USPS unless otherwise requested by the customer in the special instructions area of the order form as this saves most customers significantly. 

Return Information

Returns for merchandise shipped as ordered, in resalable condition, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the costs of handling and credit card bank merchant charges.   Shipping fees, trial size products and opened consumable products are not refundable.  Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about a product, we will be happy to assist you.

Should an order be shipped incorrectly or be damaged in shipment, it will be corrected at no extra charge to the consumer.  No returns more than 30 days from the invoice date.

Shipping Vendor Selection                         
We are often asked what shipping methods are available to our customers, and which shipping method we recommend.  UPS is the default selection on our order form as the fees are more stable than USPS.  However, we cannot list USPS Flat Rate on the cart server and find it is often the of the best value.  The latest audit of shipping costs is listed in the table below, and is based on information gathered in the Spring of 2007.

A two pound package represents two large bags of blue wax or four Tins.  The table above reflects only the shipping charge, and there is a small handling charge that is also applied to your actual shipment.

Please note that the checkout forms currently cannot accurately predict how many of the flat rate boxes are required.  The shipping charges actually applied to your credit card may be reduced to reflect this.
