**All checks must be drawn on a US Bank in US funds.**

 

Flat rate shipping services are Continental US only.  Shipper is UPS or USPS at ENW discretion.  ENW does not ship internationally at this time.
 
Shipping Information
 
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days or sooner via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or through UPS whichever is most efficient, unless a service is specifically requested by the customer (additional fees may apply). 

As all shipments are charged a flat rate per order, the more you order, the more you save!

A note on Addresses
ENW will NOT ship to an address that cannot be found in at least one of the following:  USPS address database, UPS address database, Yahoo Maps or Google Maps. Addresses found only on Yahoo or Google will be forced into UPS only by customer approval and acceptance of delivery consequence.  It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid shipping destination or to determine why USPS or UPS does not have the believed address on file.  Addresses will NOT be handwritten and force shipped through USPS.   We do not guarantee delivery of any package not in the USPS or UPS database.  Additional shipping fees may apply to any of these situations.

Insurance
ENW does NOT carry shipping insurance or signature delivery on packages.  This is considered by us as a benefit to our customers in significantly lower shipping fees. At customer request for order insurance or signature delivery required, please call and we will add in the appropriate fees at exact cost.  When ordering online list this request in the special instructions section of the order form and request a price quote if desired.

That stated, any package shipped and shown delivered through the shipping service provider will be considered delivered and will not be refunded, reshipped or replaced.  Though this is a very irregular occurrence we will be happy to provide all tracking information to allow the customer to  reconcile the incident with the shipping provider.

Where's My Package

Most of our orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. They should arrive in 2-3 days not counting the day it shipped, or non-business days. If you have not received your priority mail package within 5 business days, please check with your local post office. Orders less than $20 will incur a $5.00 small order handling fee.
 

Return Information

Returns for merchandise shipped as ordered, in resalable condition, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the costs of handling and credit card bank merchant charges. Shipping fees, trial size products and opened consumable products are not refundable. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about a product, we will be happy to assist you.

Should an order be shipped incorrectly, it will be corrected at no extra charge to the consumer. No returns more than 30 days from the invoice date.

All claims for damaged goods must be made upon receipt of said goods. THE CARRIER MUST BE NOTIFIED WITH A CLAIM REPORT IMMEDIATELY. Your order with our company indicates acceptance of our policies.
